Is it too early to be thinking about summer holidays? Not if you want to get in shape and have that perfect bikini body it isn’t. The thing is, for a woman, the idea of a beach holiday is a double edged sword.

On the one hand there is the anticipation of great weather, soft and sandy beaches, warm water and of course a possible holiday romance or three. On the other hand there is the idea of cavorting about on a beach in nothing but the skimpiest of bikinis.
